Our commitment, outlined briefly
If any waterproof item you purchase from us ever experiences colour loss, tarnishing or finish deterioration, we will provide a replacement at no charge. This guarantee extends indefinitely and covers all waterproof designs launched on or after 17 April 2025 (excluding EmilysWorld, Worried Whippet and clearance items). Damage and structural failures are covered separately under a one-year guarantee, while EmilysWorld pieces receive a two-year guarantee.
To start a claim, write to contact@millygraceshop.com and include your order number, a photo of the item and a short note on what went wrong. Pieces with gemstones or pearls are made for daily wear, but we suggest removing them for regular showers or swimming so their colour stays bright.

Lifetime Colour Protection (Waterproof Jewellery Exclusively)
Every waterproof piece is crafted from premium-grade 316L stainless steel with 18k Gold PVD coating, engineered to resist water, perspiration and daily wear without discolouration. A lifetime colour guarantee safeguards the metal finish.
Should a waterproof piece ever discolour, tarnish or deteriorate in finish, we will replace it free of charge.
Please note: structural damage and manufacturing faults are excluded from the colour guarantee; our standard 1-year warranty addresses these separately.
Natural stones and pearls: being organic materials, they may react distinctly to moisture. Suitable for regular wear, though we suggest removing gemstone pieces before prolonged bathing or swimming to preserve their lustre and brilliance.
Please note: the lifetime colour guarantee applies to designs introduced from 17 April 2025 onwards and excludes the EmilysWorld line, the Worried Whippet line and clearance merchandise.
1-Year Warranty
All items sold, including waterproof designs, receive a 1-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects under normal conditions, including structural failures. We will dispatch a replacement, or an equivalent alternative if your original is unavailable.
EmilysWorld Bridal Line – 2-Year Guarantee
Items from the EmilysWorld range come with a 2-year guarantee protecting against manufacturing defects in normal use. Should a craftsmanship issue appear within this period, we will exchange it for an identical piece at no cost. If that piece is discontinued, we will propose an equivalent or product of matching value.
Filing a Warranty Claim
Send an email to our team at contact@millygraceshop.com including:
- Your purchase reference (or alternative proof of purchase)
- Detailed images of the piece and the damage
- A brief description of what occurred
Our support team will examine your submission and respond at their earliest convenience.
Excluded from warranty coverage
- Ordinary surface wear, scuff marks, or harm from improper maintenance
- Articles that have gone missing or been taken
- Work or modifications performed by external providers
General Terms
Milly Grace evaluates each warranty and guarantee application on a case-by-case basis. Claims outside the scope listed above, or those indicating potential misuse or fraudulent activity, may be declined. These conditions are subject to amendment without notification.
